CANCELLATION

Cancel within 48 hours of booking AND at least 14 days before check-in:

Cancel 7 or more days before check-in:
→ 50% refund -
Cancel within 7 days of check-in:
→ Non-refundable
Payment & Processing Fees

A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to any refunded pre-payments.

The remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days before check-in.

If the second payment has already been processed, a 5% non-refundable fee applies.
Long-Term Stay Cancellation Policy
(20–29 Nights)
Thank you for considering a longer stay with Van Isle Escapes. Below are the key cancellation terms for bookings of 20–29 nights.
Cancellation Timeline for Monthly Bookings (October - May, Excluding Holidays):

⏳ Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 60 days before check-in

⚠️ 50% Refund: Cancel 30–59 days before check-in

❌ No Refund: Cancel within 30 days of check-in
High Season Policy (June – Sept & Holidays):

💰 10% Non-Refundable Deposit: Required at booking

🗓️ Balance Due Upon Receipt

🔒 The 10% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances 60 days prior
Additional Terms:

💳 Cancellation Fee: 5% payment processing fee on all cancellations

🔐 Security Deposit: $500–$1,000 refundable damage deposit due at booking; returned within 7 days after check-out if no damage or violations
