Yes, each unit has a gas BBQ and a firepit located on the patio. To use them:

• Turn on the gas valve on the wall next to the patio door

• Then use the switch on the BBQ or firepit to ignite Note: Please ensure the gas is turned OFF at the wall after use for safety.

• Tap water is safe to drink – cold water is filtered

• Additional filtered water is available from the fridge door dispenser

• This property uses a septic system - Please! Do not flush anything besides toilet paper (no paper towels, hygiene products, or garbage)

• Fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances

• Gas cooktop/oven – use the highest turbo fan if using more than one burner

• Set the bathroom exhaust fan to 60 mins when cooking
