Leave bedding on the beds
Place used towels in the washing machine and start a load
Turn on the dishwasher
Take out the trash and recycling to the designated garbage building

What should I do if the heat pump stops working?

If the heat pump stops working:
Locate the breaker switch near the front entrance
Turn it off and back on to reset
Make sure all heat pumps are set to the same mode (heat, A/C, or fan)

Leashes are required on the property
Do not allow pets on furniture
Brush off sandy paws before entering
Pick up after your pet and use the garbage bin

Yes, every unit is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
 You’ll find it under the kitchen sink.

Note: Make sure to turn off the gas after use

Yes, each unit has a gas BBQ and a firepit located on the patio.
 To use them:
Turn on the gas valve on the wall next to the patio door
Then use the switch on the BBQ or firepit to ignite

Note: Please ensure the gas is turned OFF at the wall after use for safety.

Tap water is safe to drink – cold water is filtered
Additional filtered water is available from the fridge door dispenser
This property uses a septic system - Please! Do not flush anything besides toilet paper (no paper towels, hygiene products, or garbage)

Gas cooktop/oven – use the highest turbo fan if using more than one burner
Set the bathroom exhaust fan to 60 mins when cooking
