Long-Term Stay Cancellation Policy
(20–29 Nights)
Thank you for considering a longer stay with Van Isle Escapes. Below are the key cancellation terms for bookings of 20–29 nights.
Cancellation Timeline for Monthly Bookings:

⏳ Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 60 days before check-in

⚠️ 50% Refund: Cancel 30–59 days before check-in

❌ No Refund: Cancel within 30 days of check-in
High Season Policy (June 15 – Sept 30 & Holidays):

💰 25% Non-Refundable Deposit: Required at booking

🗓️ Balance Due: 60 days prior to arrival

🔒 The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
Additional Terms:

💳 Cancellation Fee: 3% payment processing fee on all cancellations

🔐 Security Deposit: $500–$1,000 refundable damage deposit due at booking; returned within 7 days after check-out if no damage or violations
